Artist's
Statement
"The paintings cover the Water Series, principally the wetlands
of Norfolk around 'Green Hundred Stream', East Ruston, Cockshoot
Broad, the River Bure, Great Somerton, Martham and finally the Rive
Waveney, South Norfolk. The most recent paintings were inspired
by travels to Australia including the Northern Territory and the
Barrier Reef. These depict details of erosion and staining, sometimes
millions of years old."
